1. Deposits & Payments

All deposits and advance payments are non-refundable. However, these funds may be rescheduled or credited toward future appointments, provided the clinic’s cancellation terms are met.

2. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Notification: Patients may reschedule their appointment if they notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late Changes: Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of the deposit.

3. Missed Appointments (No-Show)

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of any paid deposit.

4. Completed Treatments

Once a dental service has been fully provided, fees are non-refundable.

Note: Patient satisfaction is important to us; any concerns regarding completed treatments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Clinic-Initiated Changes

If the clinic must cancel or reschedule an appointment, patients will be offered:

  • A full reschedule, OR

  • A refund of any prepaid amount.

6. Agreement

By booking an appointment or making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
